Attunement Procedure for Reiki Attunements and Energy Attunements.

Before the attunement, some people like to have a bath with half a cup of sea salt, to remove unwanted energy from yourself and cleanse you of any negative toxins, (optional but highly suggested.) Next prepare the room in which you will be receiving the attunement. You may make a sacred space by using candles, incense, and playing relaxing meditation music, no vocals.(please be careful when using candles as they can be dangerous).  Holding your favorite crystal is wonderful when receiving attunements (in the right hand), I like amethyst. Make yourself very comfortable either sitting or laying down you may meditate before the attunement, find a quiet place where you won't be disturbed for at least 30 minutes up to one hour. At the specified time, state: I now accept the name of attunement sent by Lucy on the day, date, time. The attunement can last from 20 minutes up to one hour.

Care and attention after the attunement.

After reiki attunements, empowerment or energy attunement, it is important to drink lots of water, this is because when you receive an attunement, your body adjusts itself to the new energy, and water helps with the process, also it makes us feel healthier as we are all made up of 70% water.Try to do some yoga in the day if possible exercise is so good for you and drink herbal teas.
